Women and Diabetes

Office of Women’s Health. If you have diabetes,
here are a few things to keep in mind:
Know the name of your medicine,
How much you should take and when,
And how it can affect the other medicines you’re
taking-including your birth control. Ask your doctor
to explain any side effects like
headache, upset stomach, weight gain, or dizziness. Work with your
doctor, nurse, or pharmacist to make a
