  1. i am having from 2 days…. i had it around 2 yrs ago.. now it started again… what should i do????

  2. I have no idea what's going on but I suffer from chronic anxiety disorder amidst other things……& from time to time I get a pain near my heart sharp & sudden thus restricting my movement & breathing……& by the grace of God I decided to breathe out…….only…….like saying a soft firm low "heyyyy……" while pushing out my abdomen to the extent I must retract & slowly take a breath in (sometimes I repeat but it works so swift the first time I am wanting further assurance)…….& the pain is instantly gone……from time to time this happens & I always do this & it always works……I am no doctor nor do I profess to have any cure but just simply sharing what works for me & if this may assist another then I am glad 🙂

  3. So glad to have found this. I started feeling ill again yesterday with chest pains and still am. I'm fixing to have the lemon in water. Great information!!

  4. Even I share the same problem. I usually lie down with my head elevated and breathe deeply. However, the root cause seems to be improper digestion. So I try to drink lots of fluids including lemon juice. The important thing is to eat at proper timings.
