Rodo Vinh – Tung. I relieve my chronic back pain with waff.


I probably use more than Mini because
I’m traveling a lot so it’s easy you know to just inflate it and and put it
in your backpack so so even you know waiting for a flight you pump it up you
put it on the ground and instead of sleeping somewhere just you know doing
your exercise and stretch up your body your back most of the time I mean
personally on the plane I kind of I kind of have like back problems you know it’s
being sitting for hours on the seat so actually even in the plane on my seat I
can just you know pull it not in my lower back and it helps me a lot because
most of the time everybody I mean we mostly sit like this you know right and
it’s really bad so yeah it helped me to you know to focus and and put all the
energy in my core which is you know abdominals is the most important part of
your body I mean for me again because it’s it kind of connect your lower and
upper body if your abs are not like in shape and and if you’re not aware that
you have abdominals like the core of your body then I think you start to get
problems everywhere so it’s nice it’s a nice way to yeah it’s it’s it’s my best
friend I would say it’s it’s really bad the Waff is my best friend I travel with
it
