your pH. If your body becomes more acidic than alkaline,

liver are largely responsible for the task of detoxifying your blood and producing urine. For this reason, you need to keep them healthy. Recovery from heavy exercise also requires

or even due to chemotherapy treatments. There are many man-made medicines for nausea,
however nowadays doctors are also prescribing natural options for treatment. Oftentimes, nausea feelings can originate
from disorders in your stomach or the digestive tract. Aloe vera juice is excellent for a sick stomach
and can make you feel better by bringing a calm feeling throughout your body. This indirectly helps to alleviate the feelings
of nausea. Delivers Vital Nutrients: Keeping your food
and drink intake nutrient rich can help to combat most preventable diseases. Aloe vera juice is jam-packed with vitamins
and minerals like vitamin B, C, E, and folic acid, so drinking it is a great way to ensure
that you do not become nutrient deficient. Furthermore, aloe is one of the only plant
sources of vitamin B-12, making it especially beneficial for vegetarians and vegans. It also contains small amounts of calcium,
magnesium, potassium, zinc, and other vital nutrients, making it a smart addition to any
healthy lifestyle. Helps your Liver function properly: Aloe vera

  3. I have been making drinks with aloe gel for a few years now. Put the gel in a glass jar with a cover. Add filtered water and leave in the fridge for 8 hrs before consuming. Replenish the water each time and refrigerate. After the initial 8 hrs, the water can be consumed at any time… the jar of aloe water can be refilled and consumed for about 10 -12 days till it becomes sparkling clear..

  6. Decades ago I would cut a piece of aloe vera leaf and add it to my drinking water. It would have absorbed any kind of metallic taste or whatever taste the water had at the time and it made it feel smooth to the tongue and just very refreshing. Time to revisit it again!
    Thanks a lot!
