The openness is you and
the headache is what you have. Everything that you have can come and go. There are no external conditions
to you being what you really are! I want to ask you for some help,
because I have very often very strong headaches. It is so wonderful to open the body and the heart, open the Being.
That is all I can do despite the headaches. But I would like to do all this without the headaches. If you have a headache you don’t have the option of opening and softening without a headache. Open unconditionally, with and without headaches. The openness is you
and the headache is what you have. Everything that you have can come and go. There are no external conditions to you being what you really are. For you to be what you really are begins with what you really are. It doesn’t begin with your
body or what you’re experiencing. What you really are begins with you. You deep within having need of nothing, awareness at rest. The opening is very sweet,
but having all these headaches is so hard. I cannot really let go of it. If you can’t let go of it,
that means that you value being headache-free more than being what you really are. That it is really difficult for you when you have a headache, but it means that it is possible. Difficult means: It’s possible! There isn’t anything that prevents you from
being what you really are. I understand something, now. Now I’m moving deeper into the Being.
It’s so sweet and I really want it so much,
but the headache is getting in the way. If you wanting to move into your Being gets in the way
it is because you want the results in yourself
of you moving into your Being. Moving into your Being, first,
has nothing to do with benefit or results. You move into your Being, because your Being
matters more than what you are experiencing. That makes your response to your Being unconditional. You move into your Being for its own sake. If you were to get a headache every time you move into your Being, you live ‘moving into your Being.’ There isn’t then for you a connection to results. There isn’t a connection to consequence. Your Being matters more than what you’re experiencing. Your Being matters more than your existence. So it’s you Being that you respond to and live by. Isn’t Being my existence? Your Being represents your unseen existence. Yourself and your life as you experience it
represents your seen existence. Now you begin to shine and how you look slightly changes. You’re dropping into your Being,
so you are seeing changes. The state of your body and your mind has really nothing to do with you dropping into your Being. If it does, you fool yourself! Your body and your mind do not need to be well for you to respond to your Being. In fact the more unwell your body and your mind is … well, you’re responding to your own Being. … the more deeply you go into your own Being,
because it’s the only resource that’s real for you. The greater your trouble, the deeper you’ll go into your Being. You don’t need your trouble and your trouble
– trouble of any kind – doesn’t stop or prevent you from entering your Being. You being what you really are, first,
has nothing to do with your experience, it has only to do with you!

  3. Sounds a lot like 'spiritual bypassing' to me' and dangerously impractical. I really feel for this questioner and am shocked at the cold responses JdR is giving her.
